United Nations human rights specialists on Friday accused U.S. law enforcement of violating intercontinental guidelines and obligations prohibiting torture or other cruel, inhuman, or degrading cure or punishment in response to the recent in-custody deaths of two Black adult men next interactions with law enforcement in California and Tennessee.
